Greetings and welcome to all of you who are reading this.

Now I want to make this clear that this article is Not about pushing or promoting any specific MLM company or regurgitating the same old information that we see all over the Internet.

What I want to talk about in this article is about the Intangible Qualities that will be your foundation to building a Highly Successful MLM Business.

It All Starts With YOU!
You are the key to Your Own Success, so many people are looking for a magic pill or a magical button to press to make all their Network Marketing dreams come true. If you want True Success you must start with this first key.

Why

What is it that is Driving you? are you doing this to help your family, to create a new life for yourself. Are you doing this to enrich other peoples lives or are you just looking for a few extra dollars a month or is starting an MLM Business a new hobby for you. I will tell you this my friend whatever your reasons they are the driving force to your success.

Determination & Patience

When building a business your gonna have ups and downs. Friends and Family members may discourage you. This is not a GET RICH OVERNIGHT Business, if your looking for that your better off buying lottery tickets. To succeed in MLM you need Iron Willed Determination and Patience enough to allow your business to blossom into fruition.

Think Big - Win Big

Lets face it those who think big who have grand dreams and ideals for themselves have a burning desire to achieve them. Think beyond your current abilities think past whatever limitations you think you may have. Honestly ask yourself if you could start your life over knowing what you know about yourself now, how much more do you think you'd be able to achieve?

Consistency

Consistency is a Corner Stone for Success! Most people who get involved in Network Marketing jump in feet first all full of fire and gusto. Then after 2-3 months they run out of gas cause they are not millionaires within 3 months. Building a Business is just like working out, your not going to see results within the first 4 days of hitting the gym its a gradual progression. The best thing anyone can do is to set their goal then forget about it. Yes forget about it so many people discourage themselves by paying way to much attention to their major goal instead of following the daily routine steps it takes to get to that specific goal.Think of it like this if your goal was to get to the top of a 350 step staircase. There is no physical way you could jump to the top instantly, like so many new to Network Marketing try to do. Some will start and stop, many will quit when they realize it takes work and effort, and the few will keep their goal in sight but focus on the individual steps to get themselves to the top!

Commitment

Without commitment your bound to fail, if your not committed to what your doing you might as well be doing something else.

I hope you find this article to be informing and helpful

Much Success and Good Health!

10+ Unusual Ways To Make Easy Money On The Internet If You Love Writing

Here are some easy ways to make money, if you like writing. (I probably should have said simple ways to make money, rather than easy ways to make money, because there is a difference between simple and easy. But who cares, this is about how to make easy money quickly).

1. Make easy money online naming domains. The original idea comes from Dane Carson’s blog. While you can earn money as a contributor for services such as PickyDomains.Com, here is a better idea. Go to Google or any other search engine, find sucky domain names and contact their owners directly, offering them your services. The key to success is to make it 100% risk free. Inform your prospective clients that you’ll accept money only if they like your domain name. If you come up with one approved domain name a day and charge what PickyDomain charges, you can make $1500 a month. Another twist – come up with cool domain names, like SiteToRemember.Com or ItsMe.Com, register them yourself and sell them on the aftermarket.
2. eBay arbitrage. A lot of people like buying stuff on eBay, because it’s cheap. And some people never buy on eBay, because they are afraid of being ripped off. Here is your solution to making easy money on eBay. Go to Craigslist.Com and see what items people buy and sell most often. Look at prices. Then go to eBay and see, if you can get it cheaper. Once you find your niche, you can buy things on eBay (or better yet, act as a representative for an eBay powerseller) and sell them for a profit using local classifieds and Craigslist. You can do this online as well. Set up a proxy store, and when you get an order, simply buy the same item on eBay for less, substituting shipping address from your own to that of your buyer.

3. eBay copywriting. If you are good at copywriting, go to eBay and look for highticket items, like boats. Find auctions with totally sucky descriptions. Contact an owner and inform him or her that good description of his or her item is likely to increase the chances of that item being sold. Then offer your services for a 1% of the selling price. You can use free eBay software

4. Get Paid Writing Reviews. This idea comes from a blog called Business Ideas That Work. A site called SoftwareJudge.Com pays up to 50 dollars per good review. However, if you are good at reviewing software, you can do this on your own. Go to CNET or any other site that lists software. Find sites that don’t have any reviews or testimonials. Contact developers directly, offering them your review services. Good reviews and testimonials increases sales, so you shouldn’t have any difficulties convincing developers that they need your services. And you get free software and games too! Oh, and you don't have to limit yourself to software alone.

5. Social Bookmark Whoring (oops, I meant to say PR). This is really easy money online. RedDit and Digg can bring a crapload of traffic. And traffic means money. If you have experience creating linkbate titles and getting to the top, why not offer your services? Say, you charge 10 dollars for submitting news to RedDit, Digg, StumbleUpon, Furl, NewsVine, Fark and all the other social bookmarting sites. The key is to work only with interesting stories, so you don’t become a spammer. 10 news a day and you are 100 dollars richer. You can probably work out a deal with online PR agencies, because they are totally clueless about this.

6. Writing Google AdWords Ads. Every time I see “Cake Icing. Used And New. eBay.Com” type ads or “Four best sites on killing your wife”, it makes me wonder. Aren’t there any GOOD AdWords ads copywriters? Look’s like a great job to me. The ads are only three lines long and if you charge 10 bucks per ad, you can make a lot of money. And the customers are easy to find, too. Just look at all these terrible ads that Google displays on their search engine and contextual network.

7. Wacky blogs. Steve Pavlina gets over 300 dollars a day from AdSense alone, writing on wacky topics, like polyphasic sleep, astral projection and psychic development. Or take David Icke, who claims that president Bush in an alien and a reptilian. Your blog doesn’t have to be true, it just has to be interesting.

8. Blog whoring. There are a number of services, like PayPerPost.Com, that pay for promotional blogposts. Once again, you can do the same thing, cutting the middleman out.

9. Unique Personal Ads. Write memorable personal ads for online daters. Most personal ads suck. “Hi, my name is Bambie, I’m a Vergo, I’m 19 and I love dogs.” Here is my favorite personal ad. If people pay for resume writing, they might pay for a great personal ad.

10. Poet For Hire. This is nothing new. Still, if you love writing poetry, why not make some money with your rhymes.

11. Don’t EVEN THINK about majoring in English, Medieval Literature, Journalism or GET A REAL JOB, IF YOU WERE DUMB ENOUGH TO DO SO. Just kidding. If you love writing, just write, and the money will follow.

Business case

A business case captures the reasoning for initiating a project or task. It is often presented in a well-structured written document, but may also sometimes come in the form of a short verbal argumentation. The logic of the business case is that, whenever resources such as money or effort are consumed, they should be in support of the business. An example could be that a software upgrade might improve system performance, but the "business case" is that better performance would improve customer satisfaction.

Business cases can range from comprehensive and highly structured, as required by formal project management methodologies, to informal and brief. Information included in a formal business case could be the background of the project, the expected business benefits, the options considered (with reasons for rejecting or carrying forward each option), the expected costs of the project, a gap analysis and the expected risks. Consideration should also be given to the option of doing nothing including the costs and risks of inactivity. From this information, the justification for the project is derived.
Review

At various stages in the project, the business case should be reviewed to ensure that:

* The justification is still valid,
* The project will deliver the solution to the business need.

The result of a review may be the termination or amendment of the project. The business case may also be subject to amendment if the review concludes that the business need has abated or changed, this will have a knock on effect on the project.

[edit] Formal business cases

Formal business cases are evaluated to ensure;

* the investment has value and importance
* the project will be properly managed
* the firm has the capability to deliver the benefits
* the firm’s dedicated resources are working on the highest value opportunities
* projects with inter-dependencies are undertaken in the optimum sequence.

[edit] Objectives

The business case process should be designed to be:

* adaptable - tailored to the size and risk of the proposal
* consistent - the same basic business issues are addressed by every project
* business oriented - concerned with the business capabilities and impact, rather than having a technical focus
* comprehensive - includes all factors relevant to a complete evaluation
* understandable - the contents are clearly relevant, logical and, although demanding, are simple to complete and evaluate
* measurable - all key aspects can be quantified so their achievement can be tracked and measured
* transparent - key elements can be justified directly
* accountable - accountabilities and commitments for the delivery of benefits and management of costs are clear.

The principal purposes of the formal business case process are:

* introduce a way of thinking that causes people with the authority to recommend projects to firstly consider their value, risk and relative priority as a fundamental element of submitting the project proposal
* require those proposing a project to justify its value to the firm and to self-cull any proposals that are not of demonstrable value
* enable management to determine if the project proposed is of value to the business and achievable compared to the relative merits of alternative proposals.
* enable management to objectively measure the subsequent achievement of the business case’s benefits.

[edit] Generating a business case

Generation of the business case should not be mechanical. Indeed, the case must demonstrate that the issues have been thought through, the full benefits will be realised on time, any technical aspects have been thoroughly evaluated and costed, and track and measure their achievement.

A business case should contain some or all of the following information types (depending on the size, timing, scale and availability of information):

* Reference - Project name/reference, Origins/background/current state
* Context - Business objectives/opportunities, Business strategic alignment (priority)
* Value Proposition - Desired business outcomes, Outcomes roadmap, Business benefits (by outcome), Quantified benefits value, Costs/ROI Financial scenarios, Risks/costs of not proceeding, Project risks (to project, benefits and business)
* Focus - Problem/solution scope, Assumptions/constraints, Options identified/evaluated, Size, scale and complexity assessment
* Deliverables - Outcomes, deliverables and benefits planned, Organizational areas impacted (internally and externally), Key stakeholders, Dependencies
* Workload - Approach, Phase/stage definitions (Project (change) activities, Technical delivery activities, Workload estimate/breakdown, Project plan and schedule, Critical path)
* Required resources - Project leadership team, Project governance team, Team resources, Funding
* Commitments (required) - Project controls, Reporting processes, Deliverables schedule, Financial budget/schedule

[edit] Public sector projects

Most public sector projects are now subjected to a business case. This leads to political argument between socialists and non-socialists. The socialist view is that a business case is irrelevant to a public sector project. The test is: "Is the project in the national interest?". If it is, it should go ahead and the money should be raised through taxation. There are now few socialist governments left in the world so most public sector projects are now subjected to a business case. This may help to keep taxes down but it also means that some important projects are delayed or cancelled. The most striking example in the UK is railway electrification. This is clearly in the national interest on the grounds of energy security and environmental protection but there is no national programme. Some electrification is taking place but a separate business case has to be made for each project (e.g. Heathrow Express and Crossrail) so progress is very slow. Uncertainty about the extent of future electrification is also hampering the Intercity Express Programme
